Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Spineeipowerau may be returned or exchanged. We aim to handle all requests fairly and transparently in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago (unless covered by consumer guarantees).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact us at contact@spineeipowerau.world with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
